When ordering original art, first e-mail me at phornung@hotmail.com to check for availability. If your requested piece is available, I will e-mail you with the total cost including sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charges and the piece will be put on hold for 15 days pending receipt of full payment.  Shipping insurance is required and will be included in the final quote. Payment must be either via Paypal or in the form of a personal check. Orders will ship upon clearance of payment.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Please be aware that when you purchase original art, you will own the physical art, however all of the rights to the art remain with the artist and/or the publisher .  As with all images on this site, original art may not be reproduced or used in any for-profit venture without making prior arrangements with the artist/publisher.

All art is sold as is.  Art is not matted or framed.  Keep in mind that all computer monitors display color differently so there may be a slight difference between the colors you see on your screen and the colors of the actual painting.

For pieces over $500, a 24-hour viewing period is permitted.  If after this time has passed, you decide not to purchase the piece, you may request a full refund. Refunds will be sent out upon return of the piece in undamaged and good condition.  I do not reimburse for return shipping should you decide not to keep the piece.  For all other purchases, all sales are final.
